Our next six-week mindfulness course starts on Tuesday 16 April

Mindfulness involves breathing exercises and techniques focussing on awareness of ourselves, our emotions and our surroundings. This course will encourage relaxation and positivity.

The course starts at 10am and runs on the following days

  • Tuesday 16, 23, 30 April
  • Tuesday 7, 13, 31, 28 May
