MS Walking Football

Join our MS Walking Football sessions in partnership with Glasgow Life

In partnership with Glasgow Life we are launching MS Walking Football. Starting on Monday 4 September, sessions will be held every week at the Toryglen Regional Football Centre. Sign up at Glasgow Life’s website below.

• Sessions run every Monday 10am-11am, starting on Monday 4 September
• Open to everyone age 18+
• All genders welcome
• Each session costs £5, or free to Glasgow Club members.
• Participants should be able to:
  • walk independently (with or without a walking aid)
  • stand from sitting (unaided)
  • balance unaided (or with support e.g. from a wall of chair)
