Monthly drop-in group | 2026
Cognitive changes such as memory and concentration can affect everyday life, all year round and these experiences are very common for people living with MS. These can be isolating, and often are hard to talk about.
We are now offering Cognition Support Sessions to offer a relaxed and supportive space to talk openly about these challenges with people who understand.
What to Expect
These monthly sessions are:
- Informal and conversation-led, shaped by the people who attend
- A chance to share experiences, coping strategies and frustrations
- A supportive and understanding environment
- Drop-in sessions, meaning you can attend as often as suits you
Each session will be different, depending on who comes along and what feels important to talk about on the day.
How is this different from Memory Matters?
These sessions are separate from our Memory Matters course, which will run in March 2026.
While Memory Matters is a structured course, the Cognition Support Sessions are:
- Ongoing throughout the year
- Unstructured and led by attendees of the sessions based on what people would like to discuss
- Focused on shared conversation rather than formal learning
Everyone is welcome to attend both but please note: Our Memory Matters group will need booked prior to attending.
Who are these sessions for
These sessions are open to people living with MS and their family members or carers who experience cognitive changes and would value:
- Talking with others who understand
- Feeling less alone in their experiences
- A calm, supportive environment
