The next Fatigue Management group (in person) starts on Tuesday 7th October

The Revive Fatigue Management programme is a 6 week course, based in research evidence.  It’s about helping you to manage fatigue symptoms and have the energy to do the things you want to do. Come along to learn, have fun, and meet with others experiencing similar issues.

Each session is a mixture of talks, group discussion and practical exercises. There is a small home exercise to do each week.

The group is facilitated by Geraldine Mynors and Sheila Millar from the Revive team.

Late 2025 Course – Tuesdays 10-12am in person at Revive centre

Early 2026 Course – Wednesdays 6:00-7:15pm *Online only*
