Some things to note
- Participants must be aged 16 on the day of the event
- If you have any disabilities or pre-existing medical conditions, which may affect your ability to complete this event, then please let us know
- The fire-walk is around 2 metres and can usually be covered in a few steps. At no point will anyone be forced or coerced into walking on the embers – it is entirely voluntary
- It is not weather dependent – if it is raining, the Firewalk will go ahead – unless the rain or snow are so heavy that they would put out the fire or there are high winds

All firewalkers will be in the safe hands of Firewalk Scotland, who will take you through a motivational session prior to the Firewalk – helping you prepare for this exhilarating challenge feet first! Your support is an incredible way to raise vital funds for people living with MS.
