No previous experience is needed to take part: it’s suitable for everyone 18 years old or over. A team of highly skilled instructors will ensure you are equipped with everything you need to make your abseil safe and enjoyable. It’s a real adrenaline rush followed by a huge sense of achievement as your feet land on solid ground.
