We have a four-night stay for one person at Leuchie House to give away.
Julie Dock, our MS Nurse, won the prize at the recent MS conference in Glasgow and she would like to pass the holiday on to one of our clients. Located in beautiful surroundings in North Berwick, Leuchie House specialise in short breaks with expert care for people with MS and other long term conditions. Accommodation, support and meals are provided, transport to North Berwick is not included.
We’re now looking for your nominations of who should enjoy this fantastic prize and why. You can nominate another client or even yourself by emailing communications@revivemssupport.org.uk by Friday 12 May.
Terms and conditions
- Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
- No cash or other alternative will be offered.
- The 4 night break is for 1 person only and is subject to availability. It includes 24 hour nursing care, full board, physio therapy and in house activities.
- The winner is expected to provide their own transport to and from Leuchie House and pay for any admission charges to visitor attractions, therapies, podiatry appointments and beauty treatments. A small fuel charge applies for trips outwith the local area.
- The winner will be assessed by the Leuchie House nursing team to ensure Leuchie is a safe and suitable environment for them.
- The holiday dates will be subject to availability during Leuchie House’s quieter times.
