We’re pleased to be supporting a new research study led by Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) exploring how low-intensity exercise testing can be made more accurate and accessible for people living with moderate MS symptoms.

The study aims to develop a simpler and more inclusive way to measure fitness levels in people with MS, helping to improve understanding of how exercise testing can support wellbeing and rehabilitation.

Researchers are looking for participants who:

  • Have been diagnosed with MS
  • Find that their symptoms limit daily activities
  • Can walk up to 300 metres (with or without a walking aid)

Participants will be invited to attend two exercise sessions at GCU, where the research team will assess different ways of measuring physical fitness. Your participation will help shape future approaches to exercise support for people with MS.

If you’d like to take part or learn more about the study, please contact: Krishnakali.Das@gcu.ac.uk or call 0141 331 3669.
