April 2, 2025

Fatigue, limited mobility, and other MS symptoms can make day-to-day tasks like cooking feel overwhelming. That’s why making small, practical changes can help you save energy and make meal preparation easier.

Our final-year Occupational Therapy students, Bella and Hannah, will be running a Cooking & Nutrition Group on Tuesday 8th and 15th April, 11am – 1pm at the Revive MS Support centre.

In this group, they will cover:

  • Easy, nutritious recipes to take home and try yourself
  • Meal planning tailored to your needs
  • Energy-saving techniques in the kitchen
  • Simple ways to make cooking easier
  • Preparing a healthy meal together

Spaces are limited! Secure your place today by getting in touch on 0141 945 3344 or email info@revivemssupport.org.uk to book.

1-1 Occupational Therapy Support

In addition to the group sessions, Bella and Hannah will now be available for 1-1 Occupational Therapy appointments on Mondays for the next few weeks, starting Monday 7th April. These appointments offer tailored support to help you navigate daily challenges with MS.

If you need support with managing your energy levels, adapting everyday tasks or making your home work better for you, they’re here to help!
