A Message from Iain McWhirter, Chief Executive at Revive MS Support

On behalf of the team at Revive MS Support, thank you to everyone who shared their experiences, stories, and feedback in our recent Client Experience Survey.

Your voice is vital to help us understand if we’re providing the support you need, and reading through your responses has been both humbling and inspiring. What came through most clearly was your deep appreciation for the transformative impact of our services, and how much Revive means to every one of you. Your words reaffirm our purpose and inspire us to keep improving.

You told us that our centre is a “lifeline,” a “safe haven,” and an “MS family.” You spoke about every member of our wonderful team by name, praising their compassion and expertise, and how the friendships formed in this unique community make Revive so special.

An overwhelming 99% of you told us you feel treated with dignity and respect at Revive, and 98% said you have trust and confidence in our staff. Perhaps the most powerful statistic of all is that 98% of you are likely to recommend Revive to a friend or family member in need. This is the best endorsement we could ever hope for.

You also gave us valuable, honest feedback on where we can improve. We’ve listened to this and are already acting on your feedback to make improvements.

Revive is your place, and we’re committed to doing everything we can to make it the best it can possibly be. Please remember the conversation doesn’t end here though, and if there’s ever more you want to share my door’s always open.
